    qtags vs. cue cat

Not surprisingly, there have been a few comparisons of qtags to cue cat. (see AdPulp for one of them).

I'd like to quickly point out two critical ways in which qtags is different from cue cat:

1 -  qtags are a way for people to remember things they like, and to find them more easily.  See a keyword, text to 78247, we place web-link into inbox.  qtags will not provide the texters mobile number or email address to anyone.  It's not a way to collect data and sell it to advertisers.

2 - qtags is a safe-box of 'things I want to remember'.  An individual's links are stored all together in a secure inbox.  You can log on to view your inbox, or get it via RSS feed.

Our view is that there is a lot of neat advertising and content, from all size advertisers.  It's hard to remember it all - especially when it's about regional events, local advertisers,  niche products, or new services without a lot of spend budget.

don't forget it - qtag it!
