qtags for Free for Non-Profits

There's been lots of press recently about how non-profits are having an even harder time this year making donation goals, as many giving plans were interrupted by the immediate needs of Katrina and Rita victims.  Natural disasters not-withstanding, the road for non-profits was already tough as they have to compete with the likes of Coke and BMW for our attention, and with much smaller budgets.

Leo Burnett has offered to help, and has setup a site for submissions from qualified organizations seeking pro-bono programs. (full article about this program in WSJ 11.29, need subscription).

qtags would like to help too.  Any qualified non-profit can use qtags 'keyword text-to-short-code' service for free.  Contact Allison and I'll be glad to help you get started.  We are currently helping a few non-profits already, text 'helpkids' or 'santa' or 'dgty' to find out more.

Here's an overview to get you started -
