    Your Audience in Control

Andy Last week I attended the WOMMA WOMBAT conference in Florida.  Two days of insightful, intelligent keynote speakers & amazingly qualified panelists talking about how people -- the you's and I of the world -- are the most important asset a company has and how the best companies / advertisers are learning how to value them.

Word-of-Mouth and the implications that it has for engaging your customers, and valuing their business is no longer a 'side-issue' - but has become a must-have strategy for companies large and small.  Take sometime to visit the womma recap site.  Downloads of all speakers are available as are blogs that were written live from the conference.

I attended as a qtags representative, but as I also am involved with a specialty packaging business, I listened carefully to the B2B case studies and to the insights about customer referral programs.

There are many amazing people involved in this organization -- but my highlight for today is Zane Safrit from Conference Calls Unlimited.  This company is a leader in valuing customers - read more here.
